| The PLAN: Monday - Get keys. Appointment from carpet people to measure carpet and get a quote. Change ALL my addresses to new place. Tuesday - Paint all the rooms that will need carpet. Wednesday - Install Carpet in the morning, move many many boxes at night. Thursday - Heavy movers move all heavy things, organize my room for the cable guy tomorrow, move computer and TV. Friday - Install cable and cable modem, move most of the rest of the stuff. Saturday - Move everything else, learn to live at new place, put "No Candy" sign on door.
My dad says he knows how to fix stuff, my mom doesn't believe him, and my brother wants a dark red or dark green color for his room. I also have no clue as to when we'll get around to painting the living room. My room will be blueish gray, I have no idea how it will turn out, but the plan for paint: (RGB values):
Living room and hallway, 225, 223, 140 with 242, 226, 87 accent wall My rooms: 162, 175, 177 Tim's: 139, 7, 21 OR 0, 127, 0.
If you don't like the look, please don't tell me, I don't need the aggravation. If you like it, don't tell me, I don't need to feel self-conscious about my paint colors.
There will be no formal house warming. People will be invited over as things are taken care of and occasions arise.

| Still waiting for the house to close... Stressful.
This is my first graduating class (had students for four years). I kind of feel old, seeing most of these kids grow up from freshman to seniors, and realizing as much as they've grown, they're going to change a lot more in four more years into adulthood (though adolescence is being extended these days). It's really weird thinking about this, and what life is like if I were to have my own kids. Some teachers have kids going to school with them. I guess I will just take the advice of one of the teachers at my school: "I don't walk through the quad because I just don't want to know."

| For the last post, we lost that one in the championship game, F+ for me.
Then the following season we didn't make the playoffs.
Summer schooling right now, going to CSUF for math masters in the fall.
Congrats to Jibin for wedding.
Listening to "So Help me God" by DC Talk.
Congrats to TJ for the house.
Need to lose weight again, this stinks.

| Hockey playoffs for Roller team on Monday, April 13th, at 7 pm at 949 hockey center.
http://www.949rollerhockey.com/
Come cheer on Leo. He needs motivation to skate hard. If we win, we play again at 9 PM. If not, we'll head over to a local In-N-Out perhaps.
All three to five of you who read this (Eugene, Jibin though in Korea, Matt, TJ, Tim though he has b-ball playoffs); come watch us play.

| Does it have to be jeans? --- I just spent the last 3 hours of my life reading all of my old entries, and lots of things have changed. How I think, my thought processes, my moods, it's really strange.
One thing I regret are all the people I have lost contact with, due to a variety of circumstances. I think I regret that in general with my life, I tend to think of people from the past and wonder what has happened, from childhood buddies like Brett Escobar and Eric Munesato, to people from the not too distant past. I don't think many of those people still read this, but I value those friendships.
Perhaps my mood is circumspect because just as I graduated college in 04, got a job in 06, my life is about to change again in 09 into a greater state of "maturity" as I look to purchase a home, and I think about where I am going and where I've been.
On the other hand, on my old xanga posts, I disparaged Lost and Dancing with the Stars. I guess I was really wrong. I especially enjoyed my dig on Dancing with the Stars where I said (paraphrasing): "During the commercials I half expect Evander Holyfield to turn the camera and say 'I can't dance, but I did save a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to GEICO.'"
So many people look back and when they see their past remark on the foolishness of their youth. I think all those experiences are necesary to shape who you are today.
In the end, I wish xanga might have some "print" option where they will send you your stuff in book form of your posts and comments for your own perusal that you can order, I think I would consider it.
Also, my top 5 foods would probably be: 1) Cheeseburger animal from In-N-Out 2) Langer's Deli #19 3) Tops Chili Cheese dog and fries 4) Lomeli's baked shells 5) Strawberry pie made by my mom.
Also, I would like to congratulate my brother Tim for getting into 7 of 8 schools that he applied to (he is waiting for one more, so he could go 8 for 8). He has done a lot in his life, and I think he will do very well in life. I kind of fear that as he goes off to college, then when I see him when he is all done, or even when I visit, he will be nowhere the same person he is now, that he will become some kind of douche bag academic, and I hope to make fun of him endlessly if that happens. Good job Tim. Go back to work.
